I loved how friendly the staff were. They were so helpful! the hotel's location was awesome, so close to everything i wanted to see. breakfast was also great with lots of options. plus, i had dinner there one night, and it was delicious and reasonably priced!

The room heating didn't work, and it was freezing outside! they brought a heater, but it didn't work either. also, i found crisps on the sheets when i pulled back the covers. It was a bit gross
